The Italian Genealogy Society of San Diego (IGSSD) promotes the study and preservation of Italian family history. We offer to those interested in Italian heritage an opportunity to meet and share information about their families and to assist those searching for their Italian ancestry by sharing genealogical research expertise.
ConversationEach meeting begins with a No-Host lunch and informal conversation about Italian genealogy and culture. This provides members an opportunity to learn what areas other people are researching, what successes they have had, and tactics they might use to expand their own family history.
